The current minimum booking is $1000 plus tax.  Any costs exceeding the $1000 cost will be charged at the completion of the event 

Please include event timing and details in the “Book an Event” form. The charges apply for the food served with no additional booking fees, if the minimum is met. However, some destinations require more travel than others and travel surcharges may apply.

What is included in the $1000

  • A unique culinary experience with our state-of-the-art food truck, including providing  a great event vibe with our On the Move sound system playing your favourite tunes
  • Fully staffed truck with our food safe certified team members
  • 100% recyclable/compostable packaging for all of our items
  • A thorough site check in and cleanup of the truck area.

Yes, we require a $500 deposit which will hold your requested date.  This deposit will be required after our “On the Move” manager has confirmed all the details of your event.

We do not have a minimum number of guests required, however the $1000 minimum spend is applicable regardless of the number of guests.  For the regular block of time booked, the maximum number of guests we can serve is approximately 300 people.  

We will always follow public health orders and restrictions in the municipality we are in with regards to public gatherings, so these numbers may vary.

British Columbia: Our regular fee covers travel within 30km (1 way) of Langley, British Columbia.  Travel exceeding this distance may be subject to a per km charge.  This cost is negotiable depending on location and size of event.

Ontario:  Our regular fee covers travel within 30km (1 way) of London, Ontario.  Travel exceeding this distance may be subject to a per km charge.  This cost is negotiable depending on location and size of event.

You can count on us to generally stay for 3-4 hours for catering service, but the time is also event-dependent and flexible.

We love being involved in the community and are happy to assist in fundraising efforts. Specifics vary between events so please let us know your goals and we’ll do our best to support your event.

Typically we require a minimum of two weeks to prepare for your event if the date you are looking for is available, however depending on the specifics we may be able to book on shorter notice.

We try to accommodate.. cross contamination can still happen though.

We have 3 menus to choose from for you event which offer a variety of options for your guests.  If there’s something specific you are looking for that’s not on the menu, let us know and we ill do our best to accommodate your request. Download the menu.

Yes, a 15% gratuity will automatically be added to your invoice.
